National Association of Muslim Law Students (NAMLAS) condemns the strike that has crippled activities at Nigerian universities.
The body reiterates the role of investment in knowledge as the only way to ensure national identity and development, whereas the issues that have always caused the striking ASUU members to end up at the drawing board of every administration who then give a future promise which it doesn’t intend to keep.
Pleading once more that education budgeting should be increased to reflect the expectations placed on education and its expected impact on the development of the nation.
ln a statement issued by the National Amir, Mus’ab Nasirudeen a 500level student of Nassarawa State University, the organisation admonished that the Youths who must earn the responsibility of developing the future must be educated at all cost and well catered for.
