Deji Adeyanju Granted Bail In Kano High Court

The Kano State High Court on Monday granted bail to political activist, Deji Adeyanju, after spending over 60 days in detention.

Deji Adeyanju was granted bail with the condition that he must provide two sureties and the sum of N50,000. The court also ordered the deposit of his international passport.

He was arrested on the 28th of November, 2018 while leading a protest in Abuja.

According to PREMIUM TIMES, Deji Adeyanju was charged for murder in 2005 at the Kano High Court but was acquitted in 2009 after a lengthy trial.
